Nós precisamos estar vigilantes sempre, estar atentos aos nossos pensamentos, sentimentos e atitudes e em união com a centelha divina que está em nós... estar imerso em Kriya Yoga !!!!!Nós precisamos estar imersos em Kriya Yoga .Nós precisamos oferecer nossa vida, cada segundo ao bem comum com a condução do nosso Mestre!

We must always be vigilant, be attentive to our thoughts, feelings and attitudes and in union with the divine spark that is in us!We need to be immersed in Kriya Yoga.We need to offer our lives, every second to the common good with the conduct of our Master!
